What is the NDIS
The NDIS, or National Disability Insurance Scheme, is an Australian government program designed to empower people living with disability. It provides tailored funding so you can access a wide range of services—from job assistance and housing solutions to special transport and high-quality in-home care. Whether you need round-the-clock support or help with daily chores, NDIS opens up a world of possibilities. Ready to take the next step? Contact Pulse Care Services to explore how we can assist you in making the most of your NDIS benefits.
How Do I Know If I’m Eligible?
As long as you are living in Australia as a permanent resident, citizen or special category visa holder, and have a disability, you will most likely be eligible for NDIS funding. You need to be between the ages of 7 and 65 and have a reasonable and necessary need for support due to disability caused by a permanent impairment to qualify. Children younger than 7 with developmental delays or disability may receive support through the
Early Childhood Approach and people over 65 may seek support from the
My Aged Care programme.
